Always connect with the Aftermarket Sales Manager (Craig Borkowski) if you are asked to quote a Metrotom OS update or a replacement or backup REKO (reconstruction) computer.

Aftermarket will be able to quote these items but there is not a standard process for it in our current CRM and SAP systems. Each quote will need to be customized on a case by case basis.

In the case of the REKO computers, these come direct from Germany and need to be installed by a service technician.
