Update July 2025 for AMS: 

Do not collect credit card information from a customer via email or chat, etc.

AMS will no longer enter enter this information into the quote in CRM. Instead, process the quote as normal and enter “credit card” in the PO number field, then send the task to customer care as usual.

Customer care will send a link to the customer to pay via a payment processor called ADYEN.
