Per Ryan Stauffer, Zeiss does not currently offer a full training class on Calypso Simulation for Planner as there is not enough demand. If a customer purchases Planner (and has already been through Calypso Basic), they are 99% of the way to using planner/simulation.  Ryan has some videos he can share with the customer to get them over the hump.   If they need more help after being through Calypso Basic and trying the videos, we can investigate offering Metrology Services support.
